INGREDIENTS:
- 1 stick of butter softened
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 2 tsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp worchestershire sauce
PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients together. Once thoroughly blended form butter in dish or cellophane and freeze. Place a pat of butter on top of your grilled steak and enjoy with a great bottle of Braman Wine.
